I received my tree. It is amazing! I love it. My cats got on it right away. The only thing is that now they don't sleep with me in the bed anymore, I miss that. But I know right where to find them. I just wanted to let you know our tree yesterday and the kitties LOVE it!
I could barely get the pieces in the house (I brought it in piece by piece due to the weight) without the kitties trying to jump on them right at the door. Once in, they both had to climb on each piece to investigate before I could even start to assemble it.
When I began assembling, they both felt they had to “help” me. I actually had to stop several times… first as they were both trying to get their heads through the main platform hole to see what I was doing in the trunk, trying to catch my hand as I was ratcheting the lag screws in. Once I had that connected, they had to play on it…then take a little cat nap from all that playing… right where I needed to connect the other platforms! J
There really is truth in your advertising… it sure did bring out the WILD in them! Our usually sweet tempered very laid back male really did not want his sister anywhere on that tree to begin with. But, by the end of the evening, they were both sleeping on the same platform. I think they are wondering how they ever got along without it!
Thank you so much for everything and the all the extras like the cute Christmas stocking - they both loved the toys. Our female especially loved the leopard bag you sent the birds in, she thought it made a great hat… or should I place to hide her head?
You make a great quality product that was easy to assemble thanks to the color coding. We all love it… you guys ROCK!

We received the tree yesterday and put it together today (I just got home from a business trip so my husband waited to open it) and our cats love the new tree!

Dawn: Please forgive me for not emailing sooner! The tree is absolutley beautiful! The girls love their tree. Emma, our ragdoll spends her days way high up in the tree, looking down at her canine siblings. Hayley, our snowshoe, loves falling asleep while snuggling her face into the fur trim! We had already bought so many cat climbers (I can't even refer to them as cat trees anymore) that simply just didn't hold up). We were afraid that our dogs may mess with the tree, but they have not touched it. It has become our cats' sanctuary. We can tell that great care and thought went into making the tree. Dear Dawn,
Just a belated thank you for my lovely cat tree. It is great. My daughter (miss 6) and I, put it together in about 20mins. I was very impressed that the hex head drill bit came with the bolts and screws.
The cats were playing with the rope while we were trying to put the first platform on. They also killed the red bird on the first night, which I found very amusing.
They just love it. Princess loves the top platform where she is king of the tree! Slinky will sleep on it anywhere. I will send some photos though later.
I just wanted to ad that the shipping company was very good. If I had been home it would have arrived on the Monday. I was amazed. I had it redelivered on the Tuesday. Massive box. I had to tip it on its side to get it through the front door.

We received the tree last Friday, and assembled it on Saturday. The kitties LOVE it!! I've attached a few photos of the tree with our cats in it. I've also attached a photo of the first cat tree we purchased, which cost almost as much as yours, but which isn't anywhere as nice as yours. We have a LOT of cats, because we foster Bengal cats for rescue, so I might send some more photos in the future.

Good morning Dawn. Well, yesterday it arrived-perfectly packed –when my husband got home from work we began the process of putting it up.
Here is how it went.
First-I have 5 furry babies
Sara –is 18 years old with spinal problems
Harley Dee – my big bad boy-he had cataract surgery in December and he is all boy!
Doodle-4 years old and a mitten full of fun-she is a polydactyl with crossed eyes – sooo cute
Mae-Cee- 12 years old and very overweight (we got her from the shelter that way and are working with her to lose weight)
Sheppie-12 years old and was thrown out a car window for the coyotes to get at – I went and got him and we adopted him
Last night Sara who cannot jump or walk very straight was the first on it – my husband put her there and from that moment it was LOVE! She rolled all around it and put her arms around the birds nest and fell asleep
Sheppie who is terrified of everything and rarely leaves his bedroom got on last night and he too fell in love – it is the longest he has been out of his room in a year – my husband and I were misty eyed at seeing how happy he looked on it. My husband looked at me and said “good job” – in 26 years of marriage he has never said that so wow I was pretty happy that he thought it was such a quality piece.
Doodle is very curious but not quite sure yet
Harley-Dee LOVES the top bunk and slept there all night
Mae-Cee – well we have some work with her weight but she will be on it in no time.
What you created for us was more than just a play centre/condo – it is truly a piece of art that is going to bring my kids many happy happy hours and for that I give you a big thank you. To see Sara so happy at this late stage of her life is more than my husband and I ever thought she would have – it is so heartwarming to see her so happy – we hope this helps bring Sheppie to us more and we are going to carry him out of his room and put him on it so that he gets to spend equal time with it.
We are having the sign read “Home is where the heart is” and my husband took it to the carpenters at work to burn it in for them.

The Tree was delivered safely--thanks to your wonderful packaging!
It's assembled & we've had one of our black cats, Gypsy, climb up all by herself & was lying on the main platform. She's got no front claws (came to us that way when we adopted her), and still found her way up/down. I think the word is spreading among the cats that this big, new "thing" isn't threatening--they're going to be enjoying the Tree for years! Be very proud as it's so well built & the screw/bolt holes actually line up (something you'll never find with something built in China).

Hello Dawn: Got my tree together, and it was an absolute snap! Needed no help whatsoever, even though the cats think they played a lare part. They were all up on this tree before I even had it completely assembled! Here is a picture of them "congratulating" each other on a job well done. The tree looks fabulous in my sun room! I was not expecting the tiny nest and the cardinal, goldfinch, and bluebird...all which come to my feeders and now Sake gets to chew on them for real!

We received Boo Boo's tree yesterday evening and the only thing we can say is AMAZING! We are totally happy! Beautiful workmanship! We are SO glad that we made this purchase! Hey Dawn, it's taken my kitties a couple of days to get over being "MAD" at me for taking away their other tower but they now LOVE the new tree! The cat treehouse arrived today. It was easy to set up and the instructions were very helpful. Our kids loved playing in the box, jumping up and down on the packing material. I didn’t realize we got we’d get extra use out of the box.
Our cats were very cautious at first, with one and then another hiding out in it, taking swipes at the others, the human passersby, and the dogs from hiding places in the branches. The first one to explore the tree actually played king of the tree and kept chasing the others away. They seem to be taking turns – we haven’t seen more than two on it at a given time.

Just wanted to say thanks, and you have another satisfied customer. (two that is, Hobie loves it)
It’s her favorite spot now. When I first opened it she was curious, but stand-offish. Moving in, all the boxes and big furniture was mine and she was used to that.
When I led her thru the trunk and tried to show her it was hers, she was blasé and didn’t get back in for the rest of the day. But that changed and now she spends most of the day, and night playing in it.
She still sleeps with me, but not as much. So, the tree is a major success. A friend of mine, Cynthia, has a dog, but she’d get one if she had a cat, she was really impressed.

First let me say...
OMG!!!!! We received the tree yesterday and assembled it this morning. Then we let a few of our cats into the den to see it. We weren't sure what to expect. BAM!!! It was an instant success! The tree ignited every little kitty hunting instinct in them. Two of the cats were skittish and had to stalk the tree and slap it a few times to make sure it was dead. Once that was accomplished; the mountain lion came out in all of them. There was a flurry of cats sniffing, running, climbing and jumping in, through and around the tree. All their little mouths all erupted at the same time in a chorus of meowing praise. This was such a great thing to see for our cats, that were once abandoned and living without love. It does my heart good to see how happy they are today.
Thank you so much for building this tree with so much love and attention to detail. My cats still can't figure out how we were able to bring the outdoors indoors!
I was so impressed with this tree that I just ordered the 6.5 FT Kitty Corner Tree (in autumn colors) for another room in my house. Of course I will have to reorder again and again as I will still need 2 more cat trees. I have cats in 4 rooms of my house and they will all want their own tree! The next two may have to wait until after the 1st of the year but they will be purchased from you.
This is the most magnificent example of craftsmanship I've ever seen in a cat tree.

We got the tree yesterday!!! It is HUGE!!!! It took us two hours to get it moved from the driveway, unwrapped, assembled and placed, BUT...it was SOOOO worth it!!! It is so beautiful!!!! The construction quality and details are phenominal and the kitties have been exploring it all night!!!

Had to send you a pic of the girls in the tree, they are loving it. We wanted to write to let people know how wonderful a product you make. This is solid construction (believe me, my husband is a perfectionist). Every detail was obviously thought out because there is not a spot on this tree where you cut corners. The material is first rate, the padding is on the top and the bottom of the levels, the tree bark is so authentic looking I feel I should be watering it! The door at the bottom looks like it was made by a craftsman (it was). There is a lot of cheap stuff out there, this shows you can make it right and people appreciate it.
Our beautiful tree arrived today. We are so excited! Our male cat tried out the parts as we took them out of the box. He was on the tree while we put it together. He was especially fond of the birds but seemed to be smitten with the whole idea of the tree. After we got everything set up the other cats came to see the tree and our male cat, Iggy, chased them away! He thinks it is HIS tree. Hahaha! We had him go to another room while the other cats had a chance to check the tree out. All of the cats have spent time enjoying the tree. Only Iggy acted like a crazy kitten. Our youngest cat (you guessed, Iggy) is two years old which leaves us with no kitten aged kitten to experiment with the tree.
The tree is absolutely wonderful. Many thanks to you, your husband and family for the fine craftsmanship. It is already a treasure.

The tree arrived a week ago and I really did not think it would fit, but it is glorious! I have lost two birds and the remaining two are hanging by their last thread. Tulip took to the tree at once, but Jack was scared for two days. Our dog sticks her snout in and picks up the toys that fall into the center bottom part. Its a merry chase at our house! I purchased a Hidden Hollow cat tree from you a couple months ago. It was for my Bengal cat Ellie in Calgary, Alberta. She absolutely loves it!!! We finally moved into our new adoption center at the SPCA last week and your beautiful trees have become the centerpiece of our facility! The cats love them, staff members love them, the customers love them. They're just wonderful!

We received the cat tree this last week, and it is absolutely wonderful. It definitely met and even exceeded my expectations. I don't know how you do it or how you came up with the idea, but it truly is the most attractive cat furniture I have ever seen. Thank you for your great work and if you ever need a reference or testimonial I would be happy to provide one.
You have a great product that many people would be willing to pay a good sum for. Even the cheap crappy large pieces available at Pet Smart cost several hundred dollars, and you would be surprised what people would be willing to pay for their beloved animals (or maybe you wouldn't be surprised). The shipping worked well, but I do not know how much of a premium you pay to get it shipped through the UPS store. It ships well, but all they do is strap it to a pallet and wrap it in that stretchy plastic wrap. The shipping price is truly the only thing preventing you from going big!

Dawn - I just wanted to let you know how wonderful the two trees are - I have been hoping I could call and visit with you directly but things have been plain crazy here and I finally get the chance and it is MIDNIGHT!!! Work has been extremely busy with lots of sick children and cranky parents(maybe we all need a tree to hide in once in a while......) Anyway, the kittens LOVE LOVE LOVE the trees!!! There are no words that can describe the exceptional appearance and incredible craftsmanship of these trees - almost hate to let the kittens even lay on them!!!!! The secret hide-a-way is absolutely purr-fect for our one kitten that LOVES to hide under/in most anything....he lays under your knees if they are bent and in boxes etc so needless to say the lower area is his SECRET area that we all know about!!!! The funniest thing was when we finally got it unwrapped of the mega amounts of cling wrap(of course with four busy kittens assistance - what a mess... my husband kept telling them he was going to wrap them up in the wrap!!!!) the three older kittens jumped from our table into the tree while the youngest kitten walked right around the back of the tree quickly climbed up the different levels up thru the hole and it was so darn cute seeing his tiny head pop thru and up he came like a big boy - obviously much smarter than his friends!!!! After that the others decided to check it out! Again, Dawn it is just incredible and really does look great in our dining room!!

The tree was a Thanksgiving day HIT. Everyone was VERY impressed. More importantly we flat out LOVE the tree; Pumpkin and Daisy love the tree and we love them loving the tree. By now they have become familiar with all the features. They can get a real workout on the tree. I sometimes think of it as a very stylish kitty gym. We got the trees, they are fantastic!!! You all did a great job of packing and protecting them for them to arrive in such great condition. It was a bit like Christmas unwrapping them, and we will enjoy them almost as much as the cats will. Our cats already pretested them and although we have to occasionally keep them off the birds, they responded as if they were back in the forest where they (rescues) came from, which is quite a testimonial to you alls work.

Oh my gosh! I have had fun with this tree today!!! It was such a pleasure to meet you and your husband. Butters took to the tree immediately and has firmly taken the first platform for his big butt!!! I have taken a bunch of pictures and will take some more tomorrow. I have attached one with Butters in it but I especially wanted you to see all the stuff I did to it! You know, I try really hard not to over-do stuff, but I can't help it! I have so much stuff and would love to do a minimalist look but I just can't for whatever reason! Brain jumps in where the branch is for them to lie on and look out! Dawn, It's Here. It arrived today at 1:30 PM in perfect condition. Yesterday I installed the 16 foot long, 7 foot high catwalk that I made for them. They can climb the poles or jump up to it from the trees. The sunroom, catwalk and trees are a perfect combination. The Hidden Hollow trees bring the outdoors indoor while offering the kitties plenty of exercise opportunities. Jim said the tree took him about 15 minutes to put together. He said it couldn't have been simpler!!!! Hopefully more people will order them now that the freight is so much cheaper. I wanted to tell you that the new cat tree turned out fabulous! As far as putting it together, it was a piece of cake. Great Job!!! I have attached a couple of pictures for you to see. We have two homes so our cats have not had the pleasure of experiencing it yet, but will have that opportunity for a couple of weeks over the 4th of July. I did make one addition to the tree that you might want to consider. Since it is fairly heavy, it is difficult for my wife to move to clean around. As a solution, I added 4 casters to the base and can now move it with ease. It also made it much easier to try it in different locations. I will send more pictures with the cats enjoying it later in July.
